Fees
Because I spend a lot of time with each patient, I have chosen not to participate in insurance billing. What that means is that patients pay at the time of the appointment, either by cash, check, or credit card. I will fill out an insurance form for them to submit it themselves to insurance for possible reimbursement.
There is no guarantee your insurance will cover your medical visits at our office. If you’d like to know ahead of time whether they will or not, you can call them ahead of time and ask these questions:
Do you cover “out-of-network” doctor visits (CPT codes 99205, 99204, 99203, and 99214 )? If the answer is YES, then you can ask if they cover acupuncture (CPT code: 97810).
If your insurance covers doctors visits but not acupuncture, please call our office for help.
